Semi-fermented Taiwan Oolong tea combines the best qualities of green and black tea. Its distinguished taste is not as strong as black tea and not as light as green tea.  This magnificent oolong leaves a pleasant, lingering aftertaste.

In order to have a strong cup of oolong tea with rich flavor, we recommend one teaspoon per 8 ounces of hot water (194 °F to 212 °F). Timing for the perfect cup: steep oolong tea in an 8 oz. cup three to seven minutes.
