Because this tea is full of pro-health merits, many native people believe that drinking this tea prolongs life. The tea has slight astringent qualities and a naturally sweet flavor. And don’t forget! This tea retains its fabulous taste even when it is chilled.

In order to have a strong cup of green tea with rich flavor, we recommend one teaspoon per 8 ounces of hot, but not boiling water (176 °F to 185 °F). Timing for the perfect cup: steep green tea in an 8 oz. cup one to two minutes.
