The broken leaves of the second flush Assam, when immersed in crystal-clear hot water, turn into a full-bodied, energetic tea with a delicate, unique aroma and astringent taste. In the morning this dark, deep colored tea will increase your vitality for the whole day. Great with a drop of fresh milk.  

In order to have a strong cup of Black tea with rich flavor, we recommend one teaspoon per 8 ounces of boiling water. Timing for the perfect cup: steep black tea in an 8 oz. cup two to three minutes.
