Carefully hand selected from the tender fleshy sprouts of the "Big White" tea bush, White Peony tea is mixed with aromatic pieces of strawberry. Together they create a very mild flowery taste and amazing fragrance. It is so difficult to resist a second cup!

In order to have a strong cup of white tea with rich flavor, we recommend one teaspoon per 8 ounces of hot, but not boiling water (176 °F to 185 °F). Timing for the perfect cup: steep white tea in an 8 oz. cup one to two minutes.
