The ever present fog in the Fujian Province of China has become the mother of premium Oolong. Hand picked and rolled buds can be brewed three times, and each time the light green colored tea, with rich, orchid-like sweet flavor, gives you an extraordinary experience.  

In order to have a strong cup of oolong tea with rich flavor, we recommend one teaspoon per 8 ounces of hot water (194 °F to 212 °F). Timing for the perfect cup: steep oolong tea in an 8 oz. cup three to seven minutes.
