This magnificent tea has a special character. It is plucked as soon as it is fully developed, still having little white hairs on the leaves. This white tea is considered by many to be the healthiest tea. It has the highest concentration of the anti-oxidants known as catechins, less caffeine and a milder flavor than most teas.

In order to have a strong cup of white tea with rich flavor, we recommend one teaspoon per 8 ounces of hot, but not boiling water (176 °F to 185 °F). Timing for the perfect cup: steep white tea in an 8 oz. cup one to two minutes.
