This Japanese green tea with fried, select brown rice won general admiration many years ago. While following the tradition of healthy green teas, this one has its own distinguished character: the toasty flavor and golden-yellow color that will appeal to every green tea lover. 

In order to have a strong cup of green tea with rich flavor, we recommend one teaspoon per 8 ounces of hot, but not boiling water (176 °F to 185 °F). Timing for the perfect cup: steep green tea in an 8 oz. cup one to two minutes.
